Where are you located?
We are next to the Skydive Dubai Dropzone in Dubai Marina. A Google Maps location can be found here.
What is your dress code?
We operate a casual dress code as we are a beach club, so feel free to come as you are. During the evenings, after the pool has closed, guests must cover their tops and bikinis are not permitted.
What is your door policy?
We operate a door policy that ensures maximum safety for our guests and staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry. Selected events have a specific door policy so please check our Events section for more information.
Can children Under 21 years old come into the venue?
Children are welcome during the week from opening until 7pm when the pool closes. Fridays, Saturdays and evenings are strictly over 21. There is an entry fee for children and they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21 years of age.
Do you provide towels?
Yes we do on a first come, first served basis.
Do you have lockers?
Yes we have lockers in our changing rooms. You will need to leave a valid ID with security as a deposit.
Do you have a food and drinks menu?
Our menu can be found here. For specific events we also have a range of other food and beverage options available.
Who do I contact about lost property?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the item. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost items.

Do you have any openings for DJs or performers?
We are always looking for world-class DJs and performers to be part of our entertainment team. Please send an email with your portfolio, experience and any additional information to email@example.com.
Is it possible to meet a DJ?
We regularly have international DJs and Artists perform at Zero Gravity and understand that fans would like to meet them. We cannot guarantee any Artist will agree to meeting guests and we have to ensure the safety and timeliness of the Artist so as to keep you, the Artist and our staff safe and ensure that their performance is on time and to the standard that you expect.
Do FACE Card holders receive a discount?
We do not offer any discounts to FACE Card holders colleagues.
Are there any discount for large groups?
We cannot offer any discount for large groups, however we are able to reserve poolside beds including a minimum spend and will work to provide sufficient accommodation as may be necessary.
Can we reserve beds or cabanas?
Yes, of course. Poolside beds require a prior reservation which includes a minimum spend in return for access for a group of people and some beverages. Beach sun-beds do not require reservations and are claimed on a first come, first served basis. For reservations please call +971 4 399 0009 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much are tables, beds or cabanas?

Can we reserve entry?
We cannot reserve entry and we allow people in on a first come, first served basis, with the entry fees payable on arrival. For ticketed events, tickets can be bought prior and will secure the holders entry. We also sell remaining tickets on the door but advise guests to purchase early so as to avoid disappointment on the door.
We are celebrating, can we bring a cake/gifts?
Yes, of course. We provide a cake for birthday guests if our team are informed beforehand, but we are happy to store and prepare a cake/gifts that you might bring for your party for an AED 100 holding fee.

If you have spotted a photo you wish to be taken down on our Facebook page simply press the ‘Report Photo’ option, citing ‘I am in this photo and I do not like it’ and our social media team will receive a notification and remove the photo. If you spot it elsewhere, please send the link to our Facebook messages and we will remove it.
